Collaborates in the prioritization of project requests and needs from Sr. Sales Management.
Works cross functionally in order to manage project/program across the organization and ensure program execution. Able to build strong relationships with team members across the organization. Drive projects to completion on time and on budget.
Establishes and manages budgets and costs for all courseware. Works with vendors and Instructional Designers to ensure key deliverables are generated.
Works closely with sales enablement team members to continually refine and improve development processes.
Manages logistics for all ILT events, including all facilitator and participant materials
Collaborates with Sales Enablement Team members as needed for the design and development for all documentation
Create programs and implementation procedures including metrics to measure and achieve higher sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Continually provide direction and guidance on “industry best practices”.
Create a network of industry leaders and subject matter experts that can provide insights. Face to other functions to ensure and leaders to ensure that critical functions engaged in key efforts.
Requirements · Bachelor’s degree
* 5-7 years experience in sales, sales support or sales operations
* 5-10 years in client facing roles with significant experience in building core relationships, resolving complex problems
* 5-10 years experience in creating and delivering comprehensive analytics, create reports and synthesize information.
