Develop and monitor marketing and promotional plans for assigned new products based on launch strategy as identified by product segmentation. Implement plans as directed. Monitor progress to existing marketing plans. Direct the effective implementation of all strategic marketing communications. Participate in regional campaign planning.

Partner with VP or Director to identify and modify product-promotional strategies

Analyze assigned product effectiveness of marketing plans and promotional campaigns Participate in developing budgets for marketing and campaign plans and ensure budgets and ROI targets are achieved. Maintain strong, ongoing channels of communication with sales force, Marketing, Editorial, and other internal departments.Act as a mentor to the team and provide mentoring and guidance on assigned projects/products as part of the execution of marketing plan, and maintenance, and competitive selling support activities
Requirements Prefer BS/BA in related discipline with 10 or more years of related industry. Masters or postgraduate degree preferred

Possesses a compelling track record of accomplishing successful, complex assignments
